It also reduces PR to 1s duration. Shitty skill that nobody likes, supposedly there is going to be a proper update this month though so there's no point in complaining about it until we see what that entails.

Nerfing MoI wouldnt change anything, as long as palm strike pwns all. It needs to be buffed, so sins can change between them as elite in good level. The same for WC.

Izzy is pretty good at skill balancing. I think it is perfectly balanced.

W/A with MoI backlining the shit out of the other warrior through MoI+Enduring Toxin.

I think Mark is okay for arenas. I think it's gay in other formats, but TA is defined by so much broken and stupid nonsense, Mark hardly even phases me. And you get linebacked every second of minute of every hour of every day in arenas, why complain?

Yes, but the W/A doesn't even have to focus on you to "lineback" you in a sense. It's just hex and forget, then target their monk.

dshot,dchop or any other interrupt that will take off MaI (or any other skill)doesnt make the skill balanced..but anyway MaI's buff was just plain stupid hope it gets nerfed be4 next tourney.........

It's only ever good in Hexway, everywhere else it would be removed almost instantly. But hey, here's PnH!

I agree that stating specific counters doesn't mean it's balanced... But hell, what is your idea of balanced? Not including counters in balance equation will be: remove mesmers and necromancers, any type of melee/caster hate, tone down healing, remove knockdown, tone down physicals damage so it's equal to casters and so on... Basically make it damage vs healing race. Um, personally I think it wouldn't be fun at all.
